We offer a wide range of BBQ cooking, from slow cooked ribs to rotisserie apple stuffed pork roast, pig and steer roasts, deep frying, calmbakes, and more. We offer many side dishes, hors d'oeuvres, and dessert. We also do conventional type catering.

How long have you been in business?
We have just started our bbq business, but have been catering for about 15 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is bbq cooking at its best.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We both love to cook, and our friends have been encouraging us to start a bbq catering business, based on the quality of our food, which we enjoy doing 12 months a year.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We specialize in any bbq cooking, and are always open to suggestions from our customers. We have three large grills, one of which is on wheels, with 3 seperate grills on it. We are prepared for any bbq job, from 40 people on up.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We work out of our home, and have no plans to move, but would like to turn our business into a full time one.
